Q&A With Sherryl
In which role did you start your career and when?
My journey at Personiv started as a Process Analyst in 2012 for the Operational Excellence Department.
What is your current title and role?
I am currently working as Manager – Compliance and Business Analytics, majorly looking after business excellence and performance improvement. I also act as the Data Protection Officer of my company besides leading the ISO certifications for the organization.
How has been your journey within Personiv?
My journey at Personiv has been rewarding to say the least. Personiv has been instrumental in enhancing my knowledge and I have always had my learning graph looking northbound. The most important lesson Personiv has taught me is that growth is not limited to promotion, because as long as you’re learning, you’re growing!
Why do you enjoy working at Personiv?
The people-friendly culture at Personiv tops my list when it comes to why I love working at Personiv.
What is the best thing about your job?
Personiv is like my second home. It feels amazing to be amongst colleagues who inspire me each day to improve and be a better version of myself.
What makes you feel #PersonivProud?
Not very often you come across an organization that cares about its people like a family. Also, I am honored to be a part of an organization that takes pride in its culture of ‘Giving Back’ to the society.
Something you like to do outside of work?
I am a huge sports fan, and I enjoy swimming and playing billiards. When I am not at work, I like to watch Basketball matches, MMA, Tennis, Baseball, and Formula 1.
