Q&A with Darwin
In which role did you start your career and when?
It’s been quite a long time, but those initial moments still run fresh in my mind. I started my prolific journey at Personiv in September 2006 as a graphic designer for one of our pioneer Yellow Page Directory accounts (UFPB).
What is your current title and role?
I am currently an Operations Head for several back office accounts in the fields of Search Engine Marketing, Call Listening & Assessment and Out-of-Home Advertising.
How has been your journey within Personiv?
My journey with Personiv has been very fulfilling in terms of career opportunities, training and development, corporate social responsibility and self-improvement in general.
Why do you enjoy working at Personiv?
I enjoy working with Personiv because we treat everyone like family which creates a positive vibe in the office. Everyone strives for continuous improvement by laying focus on finding solutions rather than ranting about problems.
What is the best thing about your job?
The best thing about my job is that I can help others realize their potential as leaders. I can be of service to our clients and our employees while doing fun stuff on the side.
What makes you feel #PersonivProud?
I feel Personiv Proud when our clients appreciate all the efforts that we give to support their business. More than anything else it is our efforts to give back to the community through our CSR programs that I feel very proud of.
Something you like to do outside of work?
I love the island life. So, when not at work I love to hangout and chill on the beach. Surfing and snorkelling are two activities I enjoy the most during my leisure time. I also prefer spending some ‘me’ time with nature.
