Fred joined Personiv in October 2010, bringing more than 20 years of experience in procedure development, high service standards and policies for business process outsourcing companies. Fred’s experience includes more than a decade at Wipro BPS and Seyyone Software Solutions, and his skills in driving risk management, quality assurance and revenue management have facilitated Personiv’s growth. Fred has degrees in English and Personnel Management from St. Joseph’s Autonomous College, and an M.B.A. from Barathiar University.
