The Austin Chamber Honors Personiv for Company Culture

Personiv, an Austin-based global outsourcing provider, is pleased to announce their inclusion on The Austin Chamber of Commerce's list of honorees in their annual Greater Austin Business Awards (GABA) in the category of Company Culture.

The Austin Chamber released its shortlist of 57 award finalists in 8 award categories on Friday, September 11. The Greater Austin Business Awards, now in its 20th year, celebrates businesses in the region, recognizing the people and companies that have demonstrated a unique vision, innovation, and best business practices.

As an honoree in the Company Culture category, Personiv has been recognized for providing an exceptional employee experience by way of its benefits offerings, unique workplace, professional development opportunities and an overall ideology that favors the kind of work-life balance that allows the Austinites who work there to enjoy everything about the one-of-a-kind city they call home.

"We pride ourselves in our 'people powered' approach and strive to always center the experience of out team members first in all we do," said David Lesniak, Personiv's CEO. "'A Focus on People' is one of our cultural pillars here at Personiv, and it's the driving force behind the way we work, the services we offer and the company culture we foster. We're honored to be recognized for our people-first philosophy and the unique #PersonivProud environment we create right here at home."

This latest accolade is the third such recognition the company has received for its standout workplace and culture in the past twelve months with it’s inclusion on Comparably's list of Best Companies for Diversity and Inc. Magazine's list of 2020 Best Workplaces. Personiv's dedication to providing a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for its employees is apparent in everything from their yearly Himalayan "Trek for a Cause" – an event that raises funds for their charity partner Miracle Foundation, also based in Austin – to professional development opportunities like Harvard's Leadership Development Program and even their well-appointed office overlooking Austin's beautiful greenbelt.

Personiv, along with the other honorees, were selected by a panel of independent judges. Award categories include Austin CEO/Site Leader, Community Relations, Company Culture, Consumer Product, Customer Experience, Employee Health & Wellness, Entrepreneur, Environmental Champion, Non-Profit, Technology Innovation, and Uniquely Austin. Winners will be announced during a virtual ceremony on December 8.
