In which role did you start your career and when?

My journey at Personiv started as a Graphic Designer in 2007 for one of our biggest clients, Thryv.

How has been your journey within Personiv?

It has been a ‘wonderful’ journey, to say the least. For the last 12 years, Personiv has always allowed me to be “Me”, which I believe is the biggest and single most reason of my professional and personal growth. Personiv truly is a people-powered organization that believes in giving global recognition to its star performers. I was fortunate to be awarded the “Most Exceptional Leader of the Year” award in 2018 at Personiv Manila’s biggest R&R ceremony, YEP, also attended by other members of our Personiv family from across geographies.

Why do you enjoy working at Personiv?

Personiv is not just a workplace, it’s a second home for me. We all are part of one culturally rich family who loves to care, share and give back manifold to the larger society as part of our ‘Being Human’ initiatives.

What is the best thing about your job?

The opportunity to inspire my team members to be successful in achieving their goals is very satisfying.

What makes you feel #PersonivProud?

Personiv has a culture of sharing, caring and motivating its team members to achieving greater heights. In my last twelve years, I have got ample opportunities to learn new things and grow at the same time. All of this makes me feel #PersonivProud.

Something you like to do outside of work?

Outside of work, my time is reserved for my family and spending time with my 2-year-old daughter who is my true copy. I also like watching documentaries on the history of great inventors and their innovations.

My mantra of life is, “It’s not what you get or even what you give. It’s what you become.”

With this, we conclude our ‘GemsofPersoniv’ series. We hope you had an enjoyable last three months knowing more about our most valuable asset – OUR PEOPLE. At the heart of our people-centric ideology lies the belief that every team member makes a difference, and we will continue to go above and beyond in making our workplace engaging, fulfilling and rewarding for our people.
