A family person, Yesudass says he is lucky to be surrounded by brilliant team members and being a recipient of so many accomplishments at Personiv. 1. In which role did you start your career and when?
I started my career at Personiv as a Graphic Designer in the year 2010.
2. What is your current title and role?
I’m currently working as Head - Quality & Compliance at Personiv Coimbatore. My job responsibility is to ensure the effectiveness of QMS and ISO standards, support internal & external audits, and provide compliance support to various processes. Quality being one of the core values of Personiv, I am also responsible for incorporating a quality culture amongst the employees by initiating several quality assurance/improvement programs within the organization.
3. How has been your journey within Personiv?
There’s only one word that comes to my mind - MAGNIFICENT! Being part of the organization for 9 years and counting, I have come a long way from being a graphic designer to heading a function. My incredible journey continues to make me a better professional, each passing day. I have learnt a lot from my leaders, colleagues and team members as there is no dearth of learning (personal and professional both) at Personiv.
4. Why do you enjoy working at Personiv?
At Personiv, I am empowered to share my ideas/views and take decisions in the best interest of the organization. There are numerous opportunities to learn and grow here. Today, when I look back at my journey of nine years, I realize that getting nominated for this honorary #GemsofPersoniv recognition is a result of how Personiv has shaped me as a professional and speaks volumes about the people-powered culture the organization truly believes in.
5. What is the best thing about your job?
The fact that I get to work with an extremely talented team who are always on their toes and goes the extra mile for providing a superior experience. I’m glad to have a wonderful leader who has always trusted me and provides ample opportunities to aim for the stars. At Personiv, striking a work-life balance is quite easy because of the excellent support you receive from your colleagues and team members.

7. Something you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I devote most of my time to my family & friends. I love spending time with my 6-year old daughter, Ruth, and taking part in her fun activities. I also enjoy cooking, reading books and exploring new travel destinations during my free time.
