Q&A with Panchajanya

In which role did you start your career and when?

It has been ten years but I vividly remember and cherish my first day at Personiv. I started my journey in 2009 as a passionate front-line associate with one of the premium clients from North America. While my roles and responsibilities have changed over a period of time, one thing that hasn’t changed is my passion!

What is your current title and role?

I am currently designated as Manager – Operations. In this role I am responsible for spearheading my team to providing best-in-class experience to our customers and partnering with our clients to achieving common goals.

How has been your journey within Personiv?

Personiv is not an ordinary workplace. It’s an institute where you get to learn something new every day. Key initiatives such as “Each1Teach1” and “Coach to Success” are designed to lead team members to a path which only has success as its destination. My journey of last ten years has been extremely fulfilling not just because of my vertical growth but also how the learning and development opportunities I received has shaped me as an individual.

Why do you enjoy working at Personiv?

I love this question!

It’s about the sense of ownership I get to experience every day that really drives me. Right from day one my opinion has mattered, and due respect has been given to my suggestions and feedback. Everyone in the organization work towards a single goal – providing the best customer experience – and this unifies all of us.

Other than that, the three core values of Personiv – People, Quality, and Giving Back to Society – are the foundation upon which everything else is built and I am so proud of being a part of it.

What is the best thing about your job?

There is no limit to what you can achieve here, our true sense of ownership and ability to solve problems as a team makes us the best in the industry. And when this gets rewarded in the form of customer/client accolades, it makes the job even more fulfilling. We work as a team and achieve much more than what we can as individuals.

What makes you feel #PersonivProud?

I have a different answer every time. There is so much that makes me proud of my workplace that I would need a lot of real estate to cover it all! Today why I am feeling #PersonivProud is because of this recognition. When you get recognized for your efforts, doesn’t matter big or small, it gives you a sense of accomplishment. And when you see this accomplishment turning infectious (as it drives your colleagues also to achieving more every day), I say I am truly #PersonivProud

Something you like to do outside of work?

Oh, well! I am a car and technology freak. I love reading about what’s new in the automobile and technology industry. I also spend a lot of time on the TED TALKS app where industry leaders share their experiences and insights on various subjects. And BOY, I love those heavy doses of inspiration pills!
