In which role did you start your career and when?
I started my career at Personiv as a Quality Controller on February 3, 2010
What is your current title and role?
I am currently working as Assistant Manager – Quality and Compliance.
How has been your journey within Personiv?
I can think of only one word to describe my journey, REMARKABLE! I say that because I have worked with more than 100 associates on 10+ programs and every interaction/assignment has been an experience in itself!
Why do you enjoy working at Personiv?
Personiv is my second home and my colleagues are my extended family. I love being amongst my learned and skilled pals from whom I learn every day. Having such a learning-driven atmosphere where you are able to create meaningful opportunities in someone else’s life makes it an awesome organization to work for.
What is the best thing about your job?
When I step inside my company, I get to meet and greet so many people who always adorn a warm smile on their faces. You witness beauty and possibility of relationships. This radiates so much of positive energy that the feeling is unexplainable! Work becomes your love and not a job in such an environment.
What makes you feel #PersonivProud?
When I look at myself today and 10 years back from where I started, there’s a sea change in my personality and knowledge base. My belief system, how I look at world, how I manage my personal life, what is the real meaning of knowledge….I seem to have better control over most aspects of my life. This transformation has been possible only because I am a Personite. I am extremely #PersonivProud.
Something you like to do outside of work?
Many things!
I love to travel and play hockey. You can even spot me at some of the famous food joints trying out different delicacies. And I love to spend time with my friends and family.
