Sulagno, fondly called as “Dada” by his teammates, is the livewire of operations team and brings in exceptional efficacy to his areas of responsibilities. Sulagno says since the day he started his #PersonivProud journey, his career graph has only looked northwards and there has never been a day when he has not learned something at Personiv.

Q&A with Sulagno
In which role did you start your career? What is your current title?
While it has been more than five years that I have been a part of the Personiv family, my initial days are still fresh in my mind. I remember my first day when my then manager warmly welcomed me, and I was introduced to the team in the most friendly manner. I joined Personiv as an Assistant Manager in 2014 and I am currently designated as Manager - Operations for one of the premium clients of our organization.
How has been your journey within Personiv?
My journey at Personiv has been nothing less than living a beautiful dream. Each day comes with its own responsibilities and challenges; however, the best part is about the tremendous opportunities you get here to learn and grow. I have grown through multiple roles in my 5-year tenure and it’s the guidance of my seniors, at every step of my career, that has stirred my professional success.
Why do you enjoy working at Personiv?
I love answering this question! What is the best thing about your job?
The best thing about my job is the absence of a restriction ceiling. My seniors have always offered me the freedom to think above and beyond my daily KRAs and have continuously encouraged me to strive for bringing the best to the table.

Something you like to do outside of work?
