In which role did you start your career and when?
My journey with Personiv started in 2009. I was appointed as an Executive – Client Support then.
What is your current title and role?
Currently I am working as an Assistant Manager and my major tasks include overseeing my team’s day-to-day execution of KRAs and ensuring our customers gets the best service experience.
How has been your journey within Personiv?
February is called the month of love and it was the very same month when I had joined Personiv 10 years ago. The first thing that struck me was the warmth exuded by my team and since then I have been in love with my organization!
Talking about my journey, I am proud to say that not only I have grown as a professional here but also a better human being. It’s the rewarding and people-friendly culture at Personiv that makes work fun and inspiring. At Personiv, you are able to maintain a perfect harmony between your professional life and personal goals, thus leading to a sense of contentment.
Why do you enjoy working at Personiv?
Personiv provides an amazing level of comfort that is unexplainable! I love working with my colleagues and spending time with them.
What is the best thing about your job?
The fact that I get to experience new challenges almost every day and the empowerment to deal with them in innovative ways is what I really like about my job. For example, I love the daily challenges I face when it comes to shipping the books as per the pre-decided TAT as part of my process deliverables.
What makes you feel #PersonivProud?
It is my colleagues from whom I learn so much is what makes me feel #PersonivProud. The reason? They are a bunch of people for whom being optimist is a way of life! And this attitude of theirs makes the entire place brimming with energy! Also, Personiv’s culture of ‘Giving Back’ to the society has taught me to be humble in life and I proudly proclaim, I am #PersonivProud.
Something you like to do outside of work?
Well, there are many things! Activities like playing PUBG, Table Tennis, Cricket, and Badminton are just some of them. I also love clicking photographs with my friends and families so I can cherish them at a later stage. Often, you would see me going for long drives with my friends.
