A doting mother of two, Sunitha is a storehouse of motivation and support for her team members. 1. In which role did you start your career and when?
I started my career at Personiv as a Process Executive in 2009.
2. What is your current title and role?
I am currently working as a Team Lead in Data Program process. I am responsible for managing the flow of day-to-day operations, setting goals for my team and evaluating progress along the way.
3. How has been your journey within Personiv?
My Personiv journey of last 10 years has been nothing short of extraordinary as I have had many enriching professional and personal experiences. I have had the opportunity to don various hats during my tenure which has only helped me gain more knowledge and develop superior skillset. As such, I look at myself capable of taking impactful decisions for my process, developing a strong relationship with the team, and generating high-quality output for the business.
4. Why do you enjoy working at Personiv?
One thing I really love about Personiv is its passion towards its people, and truly recognizing them as one of the strongest pillars of the organization. I am happy to be on the same team of so many brilliant minds who are always available to assist and providing guidance, which creates a sense of fellowship within the organization. It’s like a second home where I not only enjoy but also love working and spending time with my extended family members.
5. What is the best thing about your job?
Guiding my teammates, motivating them to achieving their targets and helping them improve their communication skills is what I love about my job. There’s always something new to learn here, and this creates a continuous environment of learning where everyone supports each other in developing new skills. This collaboration aids in generating a strong sense of trust amongst team members which is so much required for collective success. As they say, TEAM is - Together Everyone Achieves More.
6. What makes you feel #PersonivProud?
In my last 10 years at Personiv, I have had tremendous exposure to new situations/learnings which has helped me tackle challenges in an effective manner, thus leading to my all-round development. It feels so amazing to be working with an organization where your peers and your leadership team form the backbone of your milestones. Add to it, our ‘Being Human’ activities teach us to lead our life in a humble way and constantly reminds us of our responsibilities towards ‘Giving Back to Society.’ All of this makes me feel #PersonivProud.
7. Something you like to do outside of work?
My weekends are generally reserved for my family members and I love to prepare different cuisine for my children. I also like going on long trips and have a passion that I pursue as and when there’s an opportunity - acting in short films.
