Santoshi Kothari

Santoshi was part of the pilot batch of one of the premium processes that Personiv Gurugram is proud to have in its bouquet and continues to work with the client in creating the most complete solution that delivers optimal business value. Over the last 8 years, she has been accountable for her line of business' sales goals, strategies & action plans. A trained kathak dancer, she also dons the cap of a lead choreographer for all internal and external events of the organization.

  1. In which role did you start your career and when?

I started my Personiv journey as an Assistant Manager in 2011 and still remember the warmth I experienced on my first day in the organization.

  1. What is your current title and role?

My current designation is Director - Operations and I support approximately 250 team members who are working for our premium telecom client. Our objective is to deliver outstanding experience to our customers while meeting/exceeding sales target set by the client.

  1. How has been your journey within Personiv?

It has been fast and on the go! I have been fortunate to be awarded the best manager award almost every year and I am so thankful to my leaders for giving me numerous opportunities to proving my worth.

  1. Why do you enjoy working at Personiv?

I love my organization as it empowers me to take the right decisions for my business. As a result, my decision-making ability over the years has grown much stronger which has only helped me grow. I also feel fortunate to be working in an organization that follows a results-driven operating methodology and has a people-driven culture which has allowed me to forge a value-driven partnership with our clients and be at the forefront of the relationship built over the years.

Today, Personiv is no more just an organization for me. It’s my second family!

  1. What is the best thing about your job?

It is the relationship-building opportunity I get in this role! Being a people’s person, I love to interact with my team members on a personal and professional level both and help create a better tomorrow for them. Also, daily challenges of an operations profile that allows me to exhibit my problem-solving abilities keeps me going.

  1. Something you like to do outside of work?

When not at work, I love to spend time with my twins and cook delicacies for my family.
